Our experience with Scott Dowel and more recently with MDC has truly been outstanding and extends over 10 years . It has involved a number of significant projects including a high - end beach house, renovations to a family home as well as major works to farm buildings and surrounds including the redevelopment of an old dairy into a contemporary art studio and gallery. The characteristics that set MDC apart are very significant to us: the team from MDC are highly skilled professionals who are easy to work with and allow a close working relationship to be established throughout the project. The quality of the design work is outstanding where great attention is given to the planning and all the small details that make such a huge difference to the quality of the end product. When things change in the course of the build they are readily accepted with comparable care and consideration. The build quality is of a remarkably high standard. From the ground works up everything is true, square and built to last the test of time. The value for money is also extremely good as you get a first - class design and craftsmanship and an efficient build. We continue to be delighted with MDC as we plan our next project with them and we wouldn’t use anyone else.
