We have an outstanding workplace safety record and have a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Policy in place to protect all workers. We extend our values of professionalism, integrity and honesty to all of our business relationships and we use these values to maintain co-operative, long term partnerships with architects and clients.

At MDC Building Group we build and refurbish architecturally-designed residential homes and complex commercial projects. We operate throughout Victoria, and offer a superior service for architects who understand the importance of delivering flawless builds and outstanding client experiences.
As an experienced construction team, we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations. All three of our Directors are qualified carpenters, and our expertise with high-end residential and commercial builds means that we are able to assist with buildability and value management recommendations throughout the entire tender, design and build process.

ACCREDITATION
MDC Building Group holds an Unlimited Domestic Building Licence (DB-U) CDB-U 64896 and a Limited Commercial Building Licence (CB-L) CCB-L 65926. All of our Directors are qualified carpenters.
